At FRANTIC STUDIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
